Abstract

ABSTRACT
Teleworking is emerging as a new labor organization alternative that coexists
with classical organization structures. This paper presents an analysis of the
implementation of teleworking in Spanish companies, from the perspective of
national collective agreements and a study by the Navarre Chamber of
Commerce with the participation of a group of Navarre’s companies and
workers in a pilot teleworking test.
